IT Transformation support in international PHARMA corporation

After onboarding of 350+ new IT associates for IT Outsourcing, we have been chosen to help our customer with more challenges related to IT Transition.

The Onboarding project ended in July 2016 with 350+ new IT associates onboarded into company environment. They all had access to virtual/physical computer, remote access to organization network and access to company email. Those new associates were hired for Management of Application Portfolio (900+ Apps), hence they needed access to more systems/apps/DBs.

We designed processes for secure and manageable way for Access Management and we helped our customer to be able to give access to new 350+ IT associates in 3 months. All access are record in case of any future changes.
