CollabX Program?
In January 2024, we launched an ambitious three-year program encompassing 20–30 projects annually, impacting over 500 locations worldwide.
The primary focus is on upgrading existing audio/video equipment, moving beyond routine maintenance. Since the onset of COVID-19, the company halted investments in equipment refresh cycles, resulting in a three-year gap in updates as offices faced closures. Furthermore, evolving work patterns—driven by the adoption of hybrid work models and increased remote working—have transformed communication and collaboration practices. Coupled with the emergence of new technologies, end-users are now embracing more interactive communication methods, significantly shaping the scope and objectives of this program.
